We're an inclusive brand for folks of all walks (and gender expressions) of life.
That's why we've scrapped the mainstream 'male/female' style guide for gender-neutral product descriptors. If you're not sure which style is the best for your body type, get in touch with us before submitting your order and we'll guide you to the perfect fit for your rig.
Returns
What do I do if my order arrives with a faulty item?
Noooooo!
Firstly, we're MORTIFIED, so please accept our apologies. We wanna get that fixed for you ASAP, so drop us an email at info@qnaapparel.com.au with a few photos of the damaged item, and we'll take it from there.
What's your returns policy?
No givesies-backsies.

Shipping
Where do you ship to? What are your rates and delivery times?
We're proudly shipping to QnAs worldwide! Check this out:
Within Australia:
- $10 Standard: 3-7 business days
- $15 Express: 1-3 business days*
- Orders over $100 receive free shipping
International:
- $20 Standard: 1-4 weeks
While we do our best to get your order to you ASAP, please be mindful that we're at the mercy of AusPost, overworked couriers, and whatever other fuckery (*gestures around*) is happening in the world, so we can't guarantee delivery timeframes.
Can I track my order?
Frankly, we'd be disappointed if you didn't.
Once your order has been handballed off to the postie, a confirmation email with a tracking number will land in your inbox from yours truly.
